The Learning Gardens School Age Program
The Learning Gardens is offering child care for your school age child during MMSD breaks, as well as teacher in-service and work days. The cost for the program is $60/day.*
Just choose which of the days listed below that you would like to have your child attend and sign your child up for TLG School Age Child Care Program using one of the following methods:

Complete the fillable form, print, and then drop it off at the school office with your payment via check.

Current TLG Families only – Follow this link to generate an email that will indicate your school age child’s name and the dates for which you would like to sign him/her up for care at TLG during the school year. Use this option if plan to pay using your current ACH payment plan.
Please note: Payments will not be refunded if a child is absent on a day they are signed up for. Enrollment for school age days is on a first-come, first-serve basis and has a maximum of 13 children per day and a minimum of 10 children. Refunds will be issued if there are not 10 children enrolled for a certain date.

* For children new to The Learning Gardens or new to the TLG School Age Program, the following forms will need to be completed and handed in with payment check. New families to The Learning Gardens will also pay a one-time application processing fee of $50 in addition to the $60/day program fee.
