We have the very important role of caring for your child and encouraging their development in their first year.  Our goal is to provide a high quality, nurturing and safe environment.  Our hopes for your child are to encourage them to grow into a wonderful, curious and happy person.  All activities are designed to stimulate their physical, intellectual, social and emotional growth.

Ashley, Peapod Teacher

Welcome families, my name is Ashley Siegel.  I’m lucky enough to be one of the Peapod teachers!  I started working at The Learning Gardens in September 2015. I have been working within the Childcare Field since 2013 working with children from 6 weeks old to 12 years old. My heart is with the infants. In June of 2014, I graduated from Blackhawk Technical Collage with my Associated Degree in Early Childhood Education. I am currently going back to school for my bachelor’s degree at UW-River Falls through the T.E.A.C.H. Program. I am a level 13 on The Registry. I was born and raised in Monroe, Wisconsin and currently live in Monticello, Wisconsin. When I am not working, I enjoy camping, spending time in the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and playing sports. I am eager to get to know you and your child and working together to make sure your experience is an amazing one. I look forward to meeting all of you!  My hours are 7-4.

Paige, Peapod Teacher

Hello!  My name is Miss Paige and I am very excited to join the Learning Gardens team!  When I found the Learning Gardens, I quickly came to see how friendly and inviting every staff member is.  When speaking with everyone I felt incredibly welcome.  I really look forward to joining such a kind group of teachers.  I myself have been teaching for almost five years.  I worked as a two-year-old teacher for a majority of that time, and more recently have moved into infant teaching.  I’ve also been going to school and am very close to my early childhood associate degree.  I have received the inclusion credential and have almost completed an assistant teacher diploma as well.  I grew up in a small town in Illinois, and I currently live in Sauk City with my wife and our very spoiled dog and two cats.  I absolutely love working in early childhood and it’s truly my passion.  I love playing with kiddos and creating opportunities for them to explore the world around them.  I think play is incredibly important!  I try to incorporate as much play as I can into kiddos days when lesson planning.  I look forward to getting to know everyone at the Learning Gardens!
