Pumpkin Patch

We have the very important role of caring for your child and encouraging their development in their first years. Our goal is to provide a high quality, nurturing and safe environment for your child that will help him/her grow into a wonderful, curious and happy person. All activities are designed to stimulate their physical, intellectual, social and emotional growth in a loving and comfortable environment.

WendyCWendy, Pumpkin Patch Teacher

I began my career in childhood development in 2006. I’ve worked with many different ages throughout the years, including younger toddlers.

I’ve lived near Madison for about 25 years. It’s been a great experience.  I have been married to my wonderful husband Scott for 19 years and we have 2 children.  I truly believe that working in this career has made me a better person, which then brings us to why our boys have become such compassionate individuals.

I’m pretty easy going when it comes to having fun.  I use that as much as possible in the classroom.  I truly believe in “go with the moment” and dance to which ever music is playing.  There is definitely something to be said about the smile of a child.  I so hope you enjoy what we’re able to provide for the development of your little one. If ever there’s a question or you just need an ear, we’re here for you.

Caylyn, Pumpkin Patch Teacher

My passion has always been working with young children. I’ve had the opportunity to teach children in daycare, as well as dance and swimming for over ten years. I recently started my own dance program for young children. When I’m not teaching I enjoy kayaking, camping, hiking, swimming, playing sports and reading.

My favorite quote is, “Unless someone like YOU cares a whole awful lot. NOTHING is going to get better it’s NOT.”
