The Learning Gardens Child Development Center, a local leader in early childcare and education, is a licensed and accredited center, receiving a 5-star rating from YoungStar. Through our infant, toddler, preschool 4k, and school age programs, we work with and support families with infants as young as six weeks old, through children up to age 10. At the Learning Gardens, we believe children thrive in the security and stimulation of a high-quality program which links families and the center together. In doing so, we accomplish our mission of ensuring children acquire the skills they need to become productive members of society. We believe young children learn best through active involvement in an environment which is caring, child directed, developmentally appropriate, educationally enriching and embraces diversity. Please see the wonderful environment we will provide your family by taking our virtual tour.

Congratulations to Lisa Schaefer on her 20-year anniversary with The Learning Gardens. Lisa is an amazing teacher and has touched the lives of countless children and families. Her remarkable career actually spans 30 years since she was an employee of Corporate Playcare, the predecessor to The Learning Gardens. She is our most senior employee. Her even-keeled personality and wealth of experience is a benefit to all - parents, children, and staff. Lisa is a calming presence in a place where energy abounds.
