Application and Enrollment at The Learning Gardens

The Application and Enrollment Process at The Learning Gardens is made to make the transition for your family as smooth as possible.

• Fill out our online application form * ($50/child non-refundable fee applies).
• Accept and secure your spot (Enrollment Fee + first month’s tuition).
• Fill out your enrollment paperwork (links shown on this page) and email to center prior to start date.

*Please note: We can accept applications up to 9 months in advance for children under 4 months old and up to 6 months for children 4 months and older. To complete the application process, please drop off cash, check, or money order for $50/child in our office at 441 S. Rosa Road, Madison, WI 53719. The $50 payment must be made before your family can be placed on our waitlist or if already approved for a spot, start the enrollment process. Our office is typically staffed between 8:00am and 5:00pm.

Priority is given to families with other children currently enrolled at The Learning Gardens. If a spot is not available on the date you would like your child to begin attending our school, your family will be put on a waitlist. We will contact you when a spot becomes available. If you no longer want to enroll or do not respond, your family will be removed from the waiting list and must re-apply if enrollment is desired at a later date.
